Spider Hunt

Day 1 of the spider hunt:
After a day of hunting the black spider that was reported to have been running around late last night, causing fear and mayhem wherever he went, it appears as though I am failing miserably.

I shall now have to resolve myself to wearing slippers in case the spider decides to approach me and get a little friendly... Damn that spider. Damn him...

Day 2:
So far no reports of any spider sightings. Perhaps he's run away in fear. Or perhaps he's creating a false sense of security in order to lure us into his web... whatever the answer may be, complacency is not an option.

Day 3:
Still no sign of the spider- It appears to be cleverer than I anticipated.

Day... I've lost count:
My hunt for the spider has reached an all time low... all I can do now is wait. Wait for the clever fiend to show itself.

Day... who cares?
The spider has made a reappearance after days of hiding. However, he was clever enough to remain standing where no man could reach him. It shames me to admit, but it looks as though I'm being outsmarted by a spider.

The Hunt is over... or is it?
4 spiders have been caught at different intervals during this week. However, the question still remains of whether it was the spider that I was initially hunting for.

Spider #1 was spotted on the stairs and was immediately disposed of.
Spider #2 in the sink
Spider #3 and #4 near the stairs. Both of them together. Probably plotting against me.
